Brother and Sister Team Form New CRE Company

Jay Whelchel and Kristy Whelchel Hartofilis, siblings and long-time Boca Raton residents, have joined forces to open Whelchel Partners Real Estate Services, Inc. Whelchel Partners specializes in commercial leasing, property management, investment sales and other customized services throughout South Florida for the office, medical, retail, industrial and mixed use sectors.
After many successful years in investment sales and leasing at Flagler Real Estate Services, Jay recruited younger sister Kristy as a leasing specialist in Flagler’s Boca Raton Office. During their tenure at Flagler, the duo sold and leased more than $200 million in commercial real estate.
