Brio Tuscan Grille Lands At The Shops at Boca Center

Brio Tuscan Grille has taken 8,405 square feet of space at The Shops at Boca Center.  The Italian-style grill, scheduled to open next fall, offers an upscale atmosphere at affordable prices.
The Shops at Boca Center is an exclusive retail center along South Military Trail featuring the Marriott hotel, Morton’s Steakhouse, Total Wine, Rocco’s Tacos and Joseph’s Classic Market.
Mickey Finkle of Koniver Stern Group, who represents Brio, said that Boca Raton has long been a prime targeted market for the Brio Tuscan Grille. On The Shops at Boca Center, Finkle said, “This project offers all of the key ingredients for their success; namely, location, strong daytime business, a superior residential population base, excellent co-tenancy both from surrounding retailers, restaurant, office buildings and hotels. Brio is very excited about this excellent opportunity provided by property owner TIAA-CREF.”
“This transaction proves that national tenants are still expanding if the market, location and economics are the right fit for their needs,” said Lisa Ferrazza, Senior Associate, with CB Richard Ellis, who negotiated the lease transaction on behalf of the owner, TIAA-CREF.  “The Shops at Boca Center offered competitive lease terms and was the best location to reach Brio’s customer base.”
Additional recent lease transactions at the Shops of Boca Center include Verizon, AT&T and Tasti-D-Lite, totaling nearly 5,000 square feet.
