Brickell World Plaza Lands First Ground-Floor Tenant

Foram Group announced that Restaurant Du Cap signed a 5,179-square-foot lease at the 40-story office tower.
The new high-end dining establishment featuring chef Philippe Ruiz from Palm D’Or in Coral Gables, is set to move into the 600 Brickell Ave. tower in November, according to Foram. Tunu Puri, one of the investors in Japanese restaurant group Zuma Miami, is the primary shareholder and president of Du Cap LLC.
Foram’s Tracy Story represented the company in the lease. Broker Carmen More of Cervera Real Estate represented the restaurant.
The $300 million Brickell World Plaza is primarily funded by a Malaysian family. Since last spring, Foram’s office brokers have leased a combined total of 50,227 square feet by signing an affiliate of Paris-based Credit Agricole Group, New York-based lender Doral Money, and Irvine, California-based mediation and arbitration services firm JAMS.
