Brickell Office Building Sells
Eastern National Bank has sold its Miami headquarters, Brickell Centre, for $13.1 million, or $149 psf, to an affiliate of Swire Properties. The ten-story, 88,000sf building, located at 799 Brickell Plaza, was built in 1981 and is nearly 90% occupied.
Doug Okun with Continental Real Estate Companies (CREC) is the leasing representative for the building.
