Berger Commercial Realty/CORFAC International Senior Vice Presidents St. George Guardabassi and Keith Graves recently represented Grimme Investments, LLC in the $1.08 million sale of 3803 W. Commercial Blvd. to Greenlight Enterprises, Inc.

The property, formerly AMC Plaza, consists of a 10,000-square-foot freestanding retail building located on a 43,659-square-foot lot just east of the Commercial Boulevard and US-441 intersection.

Greenlight Enterprises purchased the property as an investment opportunity.

The building was part of a $7.7 million portfolio of six properties in Tamarac spanning 5.39 acres and totaling 61,500 square-feet of space. The exclusive sales listing for the portfolio was awarded to Berger Commercial Realty by AMC Furniture Liquidators, which is consolidating operations in the South Florida market.

AMC Plaza is the fifth property in the portfolio to be sold by Graves and Guardabassi after the brokers facilitated sales of:

  • 5011-5013 N.W. 37th Ave. to Air-Ways Mechanical Services, LLC for $227,000;
  • 3801 Commercial Blvd. to S.V.P. Tile & Marble, Inc. for $965,000;
  • 5005-5007 N.W. 37th Ave. to Firstway Storage Commercial, Inc. for $345,000;
  • and 3705 W. Commercial Blvd. to SLK Invest, LLC for $3 million.

The remaining property in the portfolio is a 44,500-square-foot land parcel on W. Commercial Blvd. adjacent to the other the properties. The parcel is listed at $975,000.
