Atlantic Commercial Group Inks 15,000 SF Boca Deal

Bob Locke, Associate of Delray Beach-based Atlantic Commercial Group, Inc., has completed a lease signing with Prospira Florida, LLC for 14,900 square feet at the ZNT Building, located at 5400 Broken Sound Blvd. in Boca Raton.
The building totals 100,000 square feet.

“This office space was vacant for over 6 months and we are delighted to have found a great tenant for this space,” commented Locke.

Prospira Florida a division of PROSPIRA PAINCARE,  is the nation’s premier provider of comprehensive, multidisciplinary pain management services. The space will be used as Prospira`s Florida`s regional corporate office.
