NAI Miami Adds Two More To South Florida Team
NAI Miami recently announced the addition of David Oxios as an Associate working specifically with Director Victor Pastor on Triple Net Retail Sales and Alicia Rivero, who has joined the firm as a Property Management Assistant, teaming up with Kristine Formoso and Jeff Buell.
David specializes in real estate research and marketing, having previously worked for Marcus & Millichap as a Commercial Real Estate Analyst and Marketing Director in Miami.

His extensive background in commercial real estate research and effective marketing skills will elevate our success to not only uncover new opportunities in the market, but further fulfill client’s expectations.”

David graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor’s degree in History. When he is not working, David enjoys creating artwork in a variety of mediums, playing basketball, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
Alicia Rivero has over six years of commercial real estate experience, having previously worked with JLL and TIAA CREF. She has expert knowledge managing all aspects of accounting, property management and improving efficiency.
