Ad Agency Relocates To Ft. Lauderdale's CBD

Starmark International has relocated from its former suburban digs in Dania to 200 S. Andrews Avenue in Ft. Lauderdale’s CBD.
The marketing firm signed a 10-year deal for 8,038sf for its new agency headquarters. Starmark’s client list includes The Greater Ft. Lauderdale Convention and Vistors Bureau, Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood Int’l Airport and Nova Southeastern University.
Rod Loschiavo and Jim Cahlin of Cushman & Wakefield represented Starmark.  Steve Leeds, founder of Green Capital Realty Advisors and the building’s owner, represented 770 Ft Lauderdale LLC.
