A Trifecta For Brickell Foodies

Miami’s Brickell Financial District will soon welcome three new restaurants:  Brickell Deli, Dominique’s Bistro, and a new dining concept by the team behind Miami Beach’s AltaMare.  The trio will open new locations at 1450 Brickell / One Broadway Class A office and high-end multifamily rental residential complex. The three new leases total 8,388 square feet of class-A retail space, with Trigger Restaurant Group leasing prime space fronting Brickell Avenue on the ground floor of the 1450 Brickell office tower, and Brickell Deli and Dominique’s Bistro taking ground floor space along South Miami Avenue in the One Broadway luxury apartment building.

These three additions will add new dining options to an area that has emerged as a retail anchor for the entrance to the Brickell Financial District at S.E. 15^th Street. The 1450 Brickell/One Broadway complex, located between Brickell Avenue and South Miami Avenue at the intersection with 15^th Street, is already home to Brickell Irish Pub, Pieduck’s Pizza, Puerto Madero (opening Fall 2011), and Sacha’s Café in 1450 Brickell’s breezeway that just opened. All told, 1450 Brickell/One Broadway will soon feature seven restaurants with varied offerings ranging from high end cuisine, to casual and convenient fare.

In fact, with the opening of these three restaurants, the 1450 Brickell/One Broadway block will have a total of eleven restaurants, the highest concentration of restaurants of any block in the Brickell area. ”
At One Broadway, Brickell Deli is a new venture by the owners of Key Biscayne’s popular eatery, 100% Natural. Dominique’s Bistro is a new French concept by an experienced restaurant group who currently operates in Mexico. At 1450 Brickell, the group behind Lincoln Road’s AltaMare will debut a new location with Brickell Avenue exposure.

This trend should continue as more residents and businesses – from South Florida and beyond – make downtown Miami and the Brickell Financial District their home.”
