1450 Brickell Adds 19,500 SF Of New Leases

The 1450 Brickell office tower in downtown Miami has signed 19,500 square feet of new leases, bringing the property’s occupancy up to 77 percent.
The new tenants are global reinsurer Swiss Re America, leather goods supplier Longchamp USA, private equity firm MDR Americana, food manufacturer H.J. Heinz and London-based insurer Catlin Insurance. Catlin’s lease expanded its original lease signed earlier this year.
Tere Blanca and Danet Linares of Blanca Commercial Real Estate represented landlord 1450 Brickell and developer Rilea Group.
